   Forthly, i think the strategy should be developed so that every body has the chance to contribute… if the captian feels that he cant take the risk, at some crucial stage of the match, then thats a different case…

   Those comments were just from the ameture person in cricket… but quite mature person in managing the stuff…:) so dont take them seriously…
